The handheld device uses small ablative probes creating microscopic entry points in your dead skins surface and delivers perfectly positioned heated points that your skin uses later to promote new collagen giving you results you want even after the procedure is over. Viva can be used on all skin types, tones, and areas of concern with proven results, with little to no downtime. Each treatment comes with a probe tip that has 700 pulses. In the event that your treatment uses more than the 700 pulses an additional charge will be added to the service. Any pulses leftover can be added to your next service. This treatment is not suitable for any persons that may have a nickel allergy. It is required that you pay for the tip and receive test spots prior to your actual appointment so your medical aesthetician can monitor your healing process and customize your treatment with your individual needs in mind.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel and reschedule appointments without incurring a fee up until 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. In the event that your appointment is cancelled/rescheduled less than 24 hours before your appointment you will be charged a fee that is equal to 50% of your scheduled procedure. If you placed a deposit for your appointment know they are nonrefundable, nor transferable to your next appointment if you have cancelled within the 24 hours before the appointment. At this time if you are 10 or more minutes late to your appointment your appointment will be cancelled due to scheduling limitations. If your appointment is cancelled because you are late you will be charged 50% of your procedures as a late fee. We will not accept clients who are 10 minutes or more late even if you arrive late at the 10 minute mark, or if you are actively trying to find parking. Parking downtown can be full often.
